Returns/Cancellation/Refund Policy

Returns/Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at sushils.sarees@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing your order ID and necessary details.
  1. All returned products must be unused and in their original, undamaged condition.
  1. The original packaging of the product must be intact without any harm to either the product or its packaging.
  1. Sushil Sarees reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality assessment of the product before issuing a credit, processing refunds, or approving an exchange.

Non-Returnable Scenarios:

  1. Exchange requests made after the specified 48-hour timeframe.

  1. Products damaged due to use or not returned in their original state.
  1. Damage resulting from failure to follow the wash and care instructions.
  1. Products with tampered or missing price tags, or where the blouse fabric has been removed from the saree.
  1. Items returned without the original packaging and original bills.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. To cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 1-2 hours of placing it by emailing all details to sushils.sarees@gmail.com
  1. We can provide a full refund if cancellation is requested before your package is handed over to the courier service.
  1. Once the courier service has booked or your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
